Is the knowledge that him and his team bring to the table. There are so many companies that like to try different strategies to figure out what’s going on. Brandon and his team are very knowledgeable and have the experience to almost self diagnose just from what you say on the phone & have a plan before they ever arrive at your home. This eliminates a lot of things like faster service. Whether you need heat or air. Very very fair with their pricing. Down-home country boy with a good background. His team is the same way. What can I say…when my ac unit went out, I’ve called 7 ac repair ppl and none of them were picking up the phone and some were booked until I called Burke Heating & Air. Burke Heating & Air were scheduled to come Friday instead they came out Tuesday and got the job done. Ac is cold they explain to me what they’ve done to fix it and I’m happy! *Each visit includes a full-service checklist on every HVAC System in your home, to ensure every key component is reviewed—a copy of the checklist will be provided to the homeowner after each appointment—so you can feel confident nothing gets missed.
As a Burke Preferred Customer, you’ll also receive:

• 5% off New Home Comfort System Installations
• Priority Scheduling (Jump the Line)
• Three (3) FREE Service calls per year
• Guaranteed service call within 24 hours if failure arises

Preferred Customers are billed monthly at $19.95 per house, no matter if you’ve got 5 systems or just 1.
